Ismoil Somoni was the Samanid amir of Transoxiana (892–907) and Khorasan (900–907). His reign saw the emergence of the Samanids as a powerful force. He was the son of Ahmad ibn Asad and a descendant of Saman Khuda, the eponymous ancestor of the Samanid dynasty. 2nd SOMONI exhibition is with the patronage of the Federation Internationale de l’Art Photographique (FIAP) 2021/490 and the recognition by the Photographic Society of America (PSA) 2021-1566, FPC W2021/P09 & Salon.Photo 2021-052.  The Exhibition will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the PSA, FIAP & FPC.
